Cinema Camera Intensive with Chris Tinard
Working DP · Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K · 8–12 students
Two packed days on a working set with cinematographer Chris Tinard (cNOMADIC / OrangeScreen). You light it, shoot it, and run real crew jobs — DP, AC, gaffer, sound — on Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K bodies. This is a camera intensive, not a lecture with a demo at the end.

What you’ll leave with
You’ll leave able to crew a small set and make lighting and lens choices you can defend. Watch a working DP light a scene, then get your hands on C-stands and flags, ND filters, bounce and negative fill, prime lenses, follow focus, marks, and pulling focus. Crew roles rotate, so more than one student DPs. On the next student shoot, you can run DP, AC, gaffer, or sound without waiting to be told where the light goes.

Fee and lunch
A $100 non-refundable fee, paid through the Crismon bookstore, is due to secure your spot. It covers the guest professional and Saturday lunch. Lunch is provided for students on Saturday. This site does not take cards.
Who can apply
Built for Film II and Film III — they go first. Film I may apply. 12 seats.
